explaining the name

so the first post will be about where the name of this blog comes from. when i was a teenager, many moons ago, i was deeply interested in a comic book called the legion of super-heroes. they were a super-hero team of teenagers in the future byu about 1,000 years. one of my favorite characters was chameleon boy. a lad from the planet durla, where all the inhabitants had the ability to change their shape. now what does this have to do with you and me? i htink all of our perceptions change pretty radically from time to time, that we all change a little bit in different social situations and over time. i think we change metaphorically not physically and metaphorically that would make metaphorical durlans. or it's bunk. your choice.
